Shipping policy

Free standard shipping for orders over $100 is available to all 50 states.
Expedited Shipping:
If your order is placed on a weekday before 3 pm CST, our team will have it processed the same day! If your order is placed over the weekend, we will ship it the next business day! Please note that weekends are not counted as shipping days by Fed-Ex and USPS.
Standard Shipping:
Once your order is successfully submitted, our team works hard to get your order packed so it can be on its way within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is sent through USPS.
Processing Times
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during peak shopping days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
We will ship in-stock items as quickly as possible. Pre-order items will ship according to their estimated shipping dates as they are received from our manufacturers.
Personalized items require additional processing time. Standard is 2 weeks and Rush is 1 week. If there are multiple items in your order, they will ship together when the personalization is complete.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account. We encourage all customers to create an account with us as it is FREE!

We are not responsible for delays with mail carriers due to them receiving an influx of packages, weather delays, or service issues.

Missing Packages:
- Please allow 24 hours from the time that USPS shows your package as delivered for your package to arrive.
- After 24 hours passes from USPS tracking showing it as delivered, and your package has still not arrived, please reach out to your local post office to ask for geolocation information. This will show the last place that your package was scanned in by USPS. If the package has been delivered incorrectly, USPS should attempt to recover the package.
- After 5 days if your package has not been retrieved by USPS, please reach out to our customer service team via email, phone, or social media messenger with your geolocation information for us to further assist.
- It is our policy to issue replacements for lost orders.
- If a package was not delivered due to the incorrect information being provided to us at the time of purchase, we are not liable for the mis-delivery.
