Refund policy
We want your shopping experience to be pleasant! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything to make it better! Please review your order as soon as it arrives to ensure you meet return requirements. If you think that you've received a defective item, have been sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service at shopababyscloset@gmail.com. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.

- Merchandise may be returned within 15 days from the date your order is received for a store credit that will be sent via e-card to the e-mail address provided on the order at checkout.
- All returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn and with the original tag(s)
attached to the clothing.
- All sale items, personalized items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders under $100 or expedited packages.
